I have the worst dread of flying..I will be flying up coming 30 days, does any person have any ideas of how to cope with the anxiousness/worry just to assume i am up in the air now is creating me nervous!!aaahh!

    Well, fear in it’s self is a kind of choice. So you have to choose to relax and face your fears. I myself haven’t been on many planes but I did feel pretty safe on them. Sometimes you get some turbulence but that is very normal and not something that should be feared. I hope that rather then being scared you will look at it as an adventure. I mean just think of it, we can fly to other countries in a day of two’s time. That’s amazing. Much better then months on a boat. Enjoy yourself!
