Problem by jackie b: panic attacks and flying with toddler?
I will be flying up to see my mom who i have not seen in ten years because of to my worry of flying and worry assaults. Nevertheless I have decided enough is adequate with this worry and if I am to get over it I just have to do and get it over. If the anxiousness and stress attacks are not adequate my 15 thirty day period aged is flying with me. She doesn’t sit even now at residence for two seconds and scarcely lets me maintain her any longer due to the fact she’s so independent. I’m worried about possessing a stress assault and then I have her to be concerned about. If you have ever before had a worry strike you know that you cannot take care of anything at all else when it occurs and all you can assume about is getting out of the scenario. I’m not afraid of the noises or turbulence it is the getting confined and if i freak out i are unable to just say cease and permit me off. Also the truth that I know I am way up in the sky. I just will not know how I am going to get through this and at the very same time offer with my daughter and retain her entertained because she doesn’t like to be confined possibly and she are unable to operate all around the aircraft. Any great assistance or has anybody done this identical point? And with getting a toddler I can not just take everything for nerves i do not want to be all doped up.

I know all about those worry attacks, they are like the most horrible things to have, i even now cannot chat myself out of them, maybe you could see if a flight attendant could aid you with your baby

Well, fear in it’s self is a kind of choice. So you have to choose to relax and face your fears. I myself haven’t been on many planes but I did feel pretty safe on them. Sometimes you get some turbulence but that is very normal and not something that should be feared. I hope that rather then being scared you will look at it as an adventure. I mean just think of it, we can fly to other countries in a day of two’s time. That’s amazing. Much better then months on a boat. Enjoy yourself!
